Do investigation and determine the scope of changes needed to eliminate multiple Business Units. . Recommend a course of action or multiple courses of action to eliminate multiple Business Units. . Create a Project Plan with work effort (for both functional and IT areas) and calendar estimates for the project. . (After the above items are delivered and the City has selected its course of action, the City may issue a second SOW for assistance with implementing the selected course of action through completion of all portions of the project.) Skills & Abilities: . Deep knowledge of the PeopleSoft Human Capital Management 8.9 and Financials 9.0 applications, configuration, software products, and performance toolsets . Specific knowledge of PeopleSoft Business Unit's functionality, processing, and data structures. .
