Technical/Functional Skills: •Overall 15+ years with 10+ years related work experience (preference for property and casualty insurance experience). •Experience with agile/scrum methodology. •Software development lifecycle experience. • Participate in functional requirement gathering and use case creation sessions between IT & business teams •Take the lead in reviewing and evaluating the system requirements documentation •Ensure functional/system requirements and use cases documented are clear and concise to map to business requirements and processes in language understandable to both technical and domain stakeholders •Mentor and provide guidance to IT personnel in case of any gaps in documented the use cases and functional requirements •Ensure that requirements are reviewed and approved by the business community; managed and updated under change control; and developed, tested and implemented to meet the true business needs. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP BASIS" group.
