Job Title : SAN PM
Location : Atlanta, GA (Only Local )
Duration : 12 months w/option for additional time
Overview:
Consultant will be responsible for managing multiple SAN and Infrastructure
engagements. The SAN PM with acting as a single point of contact for
Customer to ensure that all aspects of the Service are delivered
effectively. The San Manager will responsible establishing, overseeing
&documenting service delivery parameters and methodologies for storage
projects.
Requirements:
Must have 5+ yrs managing SAN and Infrastructure engagements utilizing ITIL
methodologies for:
Reviewing and documenting Customer’s infrastructure and storage
Establishing and documenting current performance parameters and
methodologies
Maximizing utilization of storage by recommending and implementing best
practices
Documenting processes and procedures
Must have competency with the following capabilities:
Project Initiation & Integration Management
Scope Management *
Time Management
Cost Management *
Quality Management *
Resource Management *
Risk Management
Must have 5+ yrs expertise managing various SAN environments {HDS, EMC,
NetApp, IBM, Commvault in the following area:
Data Migration & conversion
Reclamation & Replication
Provisioning
Tiered Storage
Storage Capacity
Must have significant exp Managing & executing cost-effective decisions
regarding storage infrastructure delivery
Must have significant exp facilitating meetings and providing clients with
regular reports, identifying and managing issues that may impact the Service
delivery to clients.
Must be able to interface effectively with all levels of the organization.
Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be strong and effective
communicator
Good writing skills and ability to multi task in the support of this
project
