2. Expert in developing Work flows, Alerts, Roles using Oracle BI
3. Expert in data design and is able to recommend suggest improvements
in data model
4. Expert in interfacing with 3rd party applications including
applications hosted in .NET
5. Able to interface with the client independently and understand the
business needs
6. Able to provide directions to the team and work with key stake
holders to make key design decisions
