B.S. degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent preferred 2. Experience with enterprise integration tools and transformation 3. Advanced experience with custom development and integration 4. Strong presentation and communication skills 5. Deep knowledge and understanding of Web Services 6. Experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, DEV, other 7. Ability to understand the business requirements and converting them into solution designs 8. Knowledge in web-based systems architecture, service-based architecture, enterprise application architecture 9. Experience managing expectations when balancing alternatives against business and technical constraints 10. Should have hands-on expertise in some of the following technologies: Integration/EAI technologies (e.g. ESB, Pervasive, Informatica, Jitterbit), .NET, Java/J2EE, including SOAP, RESTful,and related technologies (JSON, XML, etc) 11. Common frameworks such as struts, spring, hibernate, etc. and Database technologies (Oracle, MySQL, JDBC, SQL, PL/SQL, stored procedures) *Desirable Technical Skills* 1. More than 10 years of telecom experience is very strongly preferred 2. More than 7 years of architect experience. 3. Experience in Agile development methodologies is very strongly preferred 4. Strong Communication skills *Mandatory Functional Skills: * 1. Thought leadership in emerging web design technologies, web design integration, prototyping , database driven content and web based user interfaces 2. Must demonstrate good judgment and pragmatic approach to delivering software that optimizes architecture activities across company needs, business constraints and technological realities 3. Should have participated in, and be familiar with, Agile (Scrum) project methodologies 4. Must maintain professional knowledge and relationships with the Salesforce.com ecosystem 5.
