Here is the description, let me know if you have questions. Please send up to 2 candidates at their ALL inclusive rate (include expenses in rate). *Location: *Riverside County, CA. *Project name:* Procurement Technology Roadmap and Technical Assistance *Role description:* PeopleSoft Purchasing SME 1. Level desired: Manager or Project Consultant 2. Core skill set required: PSCM Purchasing, AP, Component Interfaces, Vendor Import 3. Start Date: 10/27/2015 4. End Date: 2/1/2016 5. Travel: 75% *Resource / Contractor Request* Reporting to the Project Director, the Project Consultant will require comprehensive skills in PeopleSoft Purchasing 9.x, in particular Procurement Contracts, items, component interface functionality, and buyer setup tasks to include signature setups. Additionally, the Project Consultant will be able to plan general task necessary to document and advise client staff on configuring and migrating a solution in PeopleSoft. Another Huron subject matter expert is available to provide advisory for item loads and component interfaces. *Scope and Key Activities* • *Contract Item Upload* o *Write a design document*, including configuration and migration to Production tasks. This includes a Microsoft Excel-based component interface spreadsheet to assist Purchasing staff in the bulk loading of multiple contract items, a business process document outlining proper loading and maintenance of items. • *Item Loader and Procurement Contracts * o Configure the Item Load process in PeopleSoft Test environment, using delivered PeopleSoft and component interface functionality. o Write a query to reflect Contract item usage to support future sourcing efforts. • *PO Signature Setup Guide* o Write the setup guide to support ongoing configuration and administration of this functionality by RCIT. o Configure Buyers and a mutually agreed upon number of County buyers with signatures in the PeopleSoft Production environment. • *Vendor Interface* *Technical Framework * o Write a document that explains how accomplish a design for XML and PeopleSoft IB-based integration for vendor creation and updates. Deliverable includes schema, insights and findings related to potential gap, and best practice advisory for performing this interface in the future. *Logistics* • Project is approximately 12 weeks in duration. • Client location is in Riverside, CA, blended onsite and offsite travel commitments.
