Job Title: Technical Business Analyst Location: *Raleigh, NC* Duration: 1+ year contract *5-6 yrs profile is good with pl/sql or t-sql and java experience.* *Need Visa copy mandatory for submission* *Locals will be preferred first* Description: The PM has decided he needs a more Junior person. The candidate should have 4-7 years’ experience that includes reading/understanding PL/SQL or T/SQL and Java. They should be comfortable dealing with the clients. 5+ years’ relevant work experience as a software implementation business analyst. 2+ years’ experience leading a system & integration test team. Knowledge of standard development techniques (OOD, SDLC). Database query skills (PL/SQL and Microsoft SQL Server). Familiarity with Windows servers in relation to databases and/or websites. Experience gathering business requirements, documenting “as is” and “to be” business processes, and developing use cases. Experience leading client design sessions. Strong analytical problem solving skills.
