This resource will also be an active participant within an Agile team; specifically, with the creation of Story Cards and Acceptance Criteria. REQUIRED: Consultant must have strong communication/ leadership skills. This person will be working with outside vendors when documenting the VR interfaces and have excellent interpersonal skills Four (4) years’ verifiable and demonstrable experience working directly with end-users to define requirements and provide technical advice and assistance in a large-scale environment. Three (3) years’ verifiable and demonstrable experience interviewing non-technical end users to determine and document current business process flows. Two (2) years’ verifiable and demonstrable experience in Business Process Re-engineering. Needs to be able to transfer BA knowledge to staff. Ability to multi- task and meet aggressive deadlines. Pay detail attention to requirement changes. Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative agile environment. Strong communication and leadership skills The Business Analyst is responsible for the set of tasks and techniques used to work as a liaison among stakeholders in order to understand the structure, policies, and operations of an organization, and to recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals. BA2 Years of Relevant Experience: 4 to 6 years Preferred Education: 4 year college degree or equivalent Role Description: All roles specified in BA1 plus additional work experience and job knowledge.
