Rate: $50/hr Max NO OPT Face 2 Face MUST *Role: UI Designer* *Duration: 12 Months Contract* *Location: Oaks, PA* *Interview Mode: Face 2 Face* *Job Description* • BS/MS in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or equivalent experience • A minimum of 7 years of UI design experience • Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps • Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, OmniGraffle or other visual design and wire-framing tools • Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction • Experience / knowledge of responsive and adaptive design • Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders • Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively • Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process • Must demonstrate experience with the design and delivery of scalable and distributed applications of commercial quality, with 24x7 operational characteristics. • Must have strong presentation / verbal communications skills and the ability to train and mentor other technologists. • Experience writing guidelines, cookbooks, and best practices on design topics. • Ability to guide and reinforce the adoption of standards across the development teams • Candidate must be a proactive advocate of the user experience • Must have strong business acumen and the ability to identify key issues and their impact in a broader business context. Candidate must be able to translate technology into business terms and value, with a history of influencing and improving business solutions. • Staying within timelines and deadlines for completion dates for the project.
