The candidate is required to have experience and working knowledge of MRP requirements on Scheduling agreement, Batch Determination, EDI Interfaces and ASN processing.<br> <br> Specific business opportunity:<br> The project objective is to implement the SAP standard processing for EDI 830/862 for the OE Customers. Evaluate the current process, gain in-depth understanding of Goodyear’s processing and recommends the to-be processes which need to be in SAP standard frame with minimal manual work around and keeping up with customer commitments. Additionally delivering the required reports for business community.<br> <br> Resource Expectations:<br> The candidate is expected to have analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to identify, document, and recommend solutions to complex business problems with accuracy. The candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills and will have the ability to build strong working relationships with business and technical teams. Specifically the candidate should have the ability to assist with the Infrastructure and Environment with respect to design and architecture recommendations and work with the IT group to implement the design. Additionally, the candidate will be required to support activities, such as requirement gathering, identifying different business scenarios for EDI 830/862 automation, proto typing and devising the plan to roll out the change for all the OE customers.<br> <br> Responsibilities:<br> • Analyzes and understands current EDI 830/862 processes, SD processes, existing gaps, etc and provides solution options for business review<br> • Recommends solutions and alternatives which anticipate the future direction of the business, its drivers and internal technology strategy<br> • Engage with functional IT and business teams to ensure alignment to our business strategies<br> • Provides nd business process guidance and solution definition<br> • Leads various workshops including concept, blueprinting, design, execution, etc<br> • Lead delivery of IT enablement of agreed upon business solution to achieve schedule, cost, and objectives<br> • Assist in Integration testing, user acceptance testing, and cut over activities<br> <br> Critical Competencies:<br> • Self-Motivated – willing to take unsolicited actions toward achieving overall objectives<br> • Adaptability – must adjust quickly to change in business or IT strategy<br> • Customer Focused – must act as an internal consultant with business leaders as clients<br> • Collaborative – must be able to reach a global viewpoint working with many regional partners<strong><br> REQUIRED Experience:</strong><strong></strong> </p> <p> • Excellent verbal and written communication skills – ability to communicate with all levels of the Organization<br> • Strong influencing skills to drive consensus across various functions<br> • 10+ years’ experience with the design, analysis, and configuration of SAP SD including strong understanding of integration points to all SAP ECC 6.0 modules<br> • Extensive Experience on SAP EDI Transactions 830 & 862 a MUST<br> • Automotive Industry Experience a Must<br> • Knowledge of SAP Industry solution DIMP is highly desired<br> • B.S. degree in Computer Science, engineering, MIS or equivalent </p>
