Client: A&E television Location: NYC Duration: Long Term Contract Interview: Phone and f2f Requirement Description: · 8-10 years of IT experience in Data Design and Development on *Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2/2008/2005*, using T-*SQL*, Performance Tuning, Troubleshooting, *SSIS/DTS* Package Configuration, *SSRS, SSAS *and Data-warehousing. · Experience in using Business Intelligence tools (*SSIS, SSRS, SSRS*) in MS *SQL* Server 2008 R2. · Very good experience in Creating, deploying *SSIS* Packages and migrating DTS Packages from 2000 to 2005/2008. · Migration of SSRS reports from *SQL* 2005 to *SQL* 2008. · Excellent Knowledge in creating databases, Tables, Stored Procedures, DDL/DML Triggers, Views, User Defined data types, Cursors, Triggers and Indexes using T-*SQL*. · Experience in creating indexed views, complex stored procedures, effective triggers, and useful functions to facilitate efficient data manipulation and consistent data storage. · Experience in creating and managing fragmentation of Indexes to achieve better query performance. Experience in Performance Tuning and Query Optimization. · Hands on Experience in Installing, Configuring, Managing, monitoring and troubleshooting *SQL Server* *2008R2/2008/2005.* · Expert in creating simple and parameterized reports and also complex reports involving Sub Reports, Matrix/Tabular Reports, Charts and Graphs using *SSRS* in *Business intelligence development studio (BIDS).* · Experience in writing expressions in SSRS and Expert in fine tuning the reports.
