You will work in an Agile Development environment and must be able to: Work in a test-driven manner utilizing extensive object-oriented design and extreme programming (XP) concepts. Continuously improve automated processes that support testing, database change management, and deployment. Transform and evolve legacy applications into more maintainable, higher quality solutions. Strive for continuous improvement of the software products and the development process. Communicate frequently with management about priorities, constraints, and improvement opportunities. Handle additional responsibilities as required. Required Qualifications: Experience delivering at least 2 solutions to production. Familiarity with test-driven development or behavior-driven-design, domain-driven-design, pair programming, continuous integration, etc. 2+ years experience in providing business solutions using OO-based languages (C# ideal) and database systems (SQL Server preferred); as well as any web application development experience. Must work well with others in small team environment. Ability to communicate with the various business owners to analyze and discuss requirements and priorities, effectively propose and decide upon valid solutions, and facilitate the implementation. Demonstrate continuous learning by keeping up with new methods of applying technology to solve business problems through reading, blogging (reading/producing), and staying "plugged in" to the development technology community. Pluses: Prior experience in delivering business to business solutions. Prior experience in delivering ERP integration solutions. Prior experience with Syteline. Connected systems enabling the information flow among business groups (both internal and external). Experience with some of the following: Object-relational mapping frameworks, preferably with NHibernate Model-View-Controller web frameworks like ASP.NET MVC Build tools like NAnt or Rake Continuous Integration servers like CruiseControl.Net or Hudson TDD/BOD with NUnit, MBUnit, MSpec, Rhino Mocks, and/or Moq. Automated acceptance and regression testing using Selenium or Watin. Domain-Driven Design Dependency Injection / Inversion of Control Containers like Windsor or StructureMap Asynchronous Messaging frameworks like Masstransit or NServiceBus Source Control with Subversion, or Git.
