*Requisition Title: Business/Systems Analyst - Phoenix* *Location: Phoenix, AZ* *Duration: 12+ Months * *Need local * *F2F interview* *Job Description:* POSITION PURPOSE: Business Analyst will work closely with resource manager and the development team. Person in this role is responsible for interpreting business requirements to solve complex business problems using differing technologies and systems views, across multiple functional domains on high profile and/or mission critical efforts and projects, especially projects with high revenue impact. Understands project management and how that integrates with business requirements. *PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * § Creates business requirements for various projects and develops the following artifacts as applicable: § User stories and acceptance criteria §Business Requirements Document (BRD) § Test Plan § Creates process flows and business flows by collaborating with the development and business teams § Serves as conduit between developers, quality assurance analysts, architects and designers, and with internal business partners and/or vendor companies § Provides technical/functional assistance in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements § Supports team by assisting with functionality questions, testing, implementation, and other deployment and delivery functions, as assigned § Under Manager’s direction, oversees the following aspects of assigned projects: § Project Vision/Scope definition § Release roadmap and schedule creation § Product backlog creation and prioritization § Project status tracking and reporting during releases and iterations § All deliverables and wrap-up § Interfaces with all stakeholders (business, IT, management and vendors) to obtain and provide appropriate level of information related to assigned projects § Ensures proper project document requirements and deliverables are clearly defined and delivered § Conducts project meetings; completes project tracking/analysis reports; reports project progress, issues, and risks to IT management and business § Tracks/reviews IT, business and vendor deliverables § Assists in obtaining technical and analytical guidance for the project team *QUALIFICATIONS: * § Undergraduate degree in CS/CE/CIS/MIS/Engineering/Technology or Business Administration related field or equivalent experience/training § 4+ years of relevant technical or business work experience § Sound knowledge of SDLC § Advanced ability to plan strategically for current and future business environments, including future technology and business design changes to create flexible solutions § Advanced knowledge of systems flows, engineering documentation, tools and architecture concepts § Advanced understanding of business systems and industry requirements, and full technical knowledge of systems analysis § Must be well organized, thrive in a sense-of-urgency environment, leverage best practices, and most importantly, innovate through any problem with a can-do attitude § Proficient in MS Office applications § Excellent written and verbal communication skills § Experience working with Agile requirements and project management tools (Rally) is required § Travel industry experience, especially airline industry experience, is a plus *Regards,* AMIT KUMAR *Sr. Recruiter* *IDC Technologies Inc.*| *1851 McCarthy Boulevard, Suite 116, Milpitas, CA , USA, 95035* ( *: **408-457-9381 Ext 4035 **I **: *ami...@idctechnologies.com <ami...@idctechnologies.com>** I Gtalk: Recruiter.amitk | Skype: Amitiilm* *Web: www.idctechnologies.com <http://www.idctechnologies.com/>* "Under Bill s. 1618 Title III passed by the 105th U.S. Congress this mail can not be considered spam as long as we include a way to be removed from our mailing list.
