You can reach me at 408-709-1760 ext 984. kindly share your Updated Resume At sjan...@tresourceinc.com *Job Description :* *Role : System Analyst* *Location : Rochester, NY* *Duration : 3+ month * *GC and Citizen* *Rate : $35-40/hr on c2c* Summary: - Directs corporate projects for the new development, maintenance, or implementation of new products or business functions. - Develops work-plans, requirements, test scenarios, training material, and system assessment for complex business and information systems through the use of structured analysis and design techniques. - Supports the use of structured analysis design and programming techniques in all facets of activities within the System Development Life Cycle as defined by the division. Essential Responsibilities/Accountabilities: - Manages project development and implementation activities on large projects. Acts as project leader, directing other technical personnel as required. - Maintains familiarity with the latest changes to the applications within their area of responsibility. - Analyzes, researches and resolves current system problems. - Works closely with users to define requirements for improving existing systems and/or developing new systems. - Coordinates feasibility studies on proposed development, enhancement or maintenance of business processes as required. - Coordinates evaluation of operational systems and oversees data collection. - Coordinates testing and implementation plans. - Ensures appropriate testing with other areas. - Coordinates the review of test results to ensure compliance with process specifications and software releases. - Coordinates the development of project plans, specifications, training materials, program system assessments utilizing the structured procedures and methods of the corporation. - Reviews project development documentation for completeness, quality, and adherence to project management methodology standards. - Prepares reports and makes detailed presentations to project teams, department heads and all levels of management. - Manage project development and implementation activities. - Prepare comprehensive reports of all projects undertaken, identifying objectives, scope and results obtained. - Coordinate implementation of system changes with user areas and the IT Division. - Promote the management of data as a corporate resource. Perform other related tasks as assigned. Minimum Requirements - In-depth knowledge of structured analysis and design with special emphasis in project management, user relations, and data gathering techniques. - Expertise in project planning, project management, and system life cycle activities. - Knowledgeable in data base normalization techniques, data management techniques and intermediate database warehouse knowledge. - In-depth knowledge of problem analysis. - Written and oral communication skills. - All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or veteran status.
