Specific task will include: · Develop and implement project plans, functional and technical design documents, training material. · Develop and execute testing scripts for functional requirements. · Adhere to IT change management procedures. · Work with project managers for tasks and effort estimations. · Configure / Setup JDE modules to facilitate solutions to meet business problems. · Facilitate implementation and upgrades of enterprise business applications · Prioritize and drive resolution of ERP incidents and requests (functional, user, and technical causes).
