Requirements: Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine required software improvements and modifications. Continuously improve on technology implementation methodology. Become familiar with the products and architecture of our current Back Office Systems solutions. Provide technical expertise and guidance in the process of evaluating, scoping and designing an implementation strategy. Ensure solutions conform to current industry standards as well as to company's internal guidelines and standards. Identify the hardware and software components an application will use for implementation and provide guidance on how to appropriately implement application components. Resolve and work on issues across multiple functional areas. Effectively monitor and take actionto ensure coordination and effectiveness of all components and activities and decide on issues requiring escalation. Implementation knowledge of Oracle FMW AIA is required.
