Position : BigData Hadoop Consultant Location : Chevy Chase, MD Duration : 3 Months C2H JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Minimum 3+ years of experience in Hadoop echo system including MapReduce, HDFS, Hive, HBase, NO-SQL is required Minimum of 5+ years of IT experience including a minimum of 3 years supporting multi-tier applications on Linux systems Experience in troubleshooting problems and working with other teams to determine the root cause Hands on experience with automation tools such as Puppet is a plus 3+ years of experience with Linux/Unix systems and scripting knowledge is required Experience in Agile/Scrum, and DevOps tools like Jenkins is a plus Strong shell scripting skills or knowledge in Python, Ruby is required Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is required.
