Also, here are some additional Q&A info bits that will be helpful for you
about what they’re doing.

1. Will this involve any revision of the physical network hardware
surrounding the incoming VoIP products, or will it just be a
reconfiguration of the existing DHCP/IPAM to make sure the new Cisco VoIP
equipment gets assimilated into the network correctly?

*There will be network changes applied to Cisco switches and routers as
part of this project. DHCP/IPAM is not used to directly manipulate the
DHCP and DNS tables in our enterprise—IPAM is used mostly as a
documentation system.*

2. Are they using a separate IPAM software besides the routers' own
built-in DHCP servers?

*Yes, we are using a separate IPAM software package (IP Control). Most
DHCP services run on Enterprise servers.*

3. Are they using a 3rd party VOIP service like Vocalocity (aka
Vonage Business) to manage extensions & voicemail?

*No we do not use a 3rd party VoIP service to manage extensions &
voicemail. This project will have very little to do with managing
extensions and voicemail systems.*
