*Java Developer Minneapolis, MN 6+ month contract Client: Mediture Face-to-Face Interview Required* *Job Description: *A west metro Minneapolis based software company is looking for a Java Developer on a contract, CTH or direct hire basis (DOE). This is a rapidly growing company with cutting edge technology and a growing market share in their industry. Our client is looking for developers with proven success in Java and related web-based frameworks. As a qualified candidate, you will join a talented, collaborative, and smart team of technologists. Developers at this firm play a key role in designing and architecting the solutions to deliver required capabilities. They take mission critical projects through the entire SDLC. This is your chance to use the latest technologies and apply them in both existing and new applications used by our customers all over the country. As a leading solution provider, our client strives to deliver best-in-class systems to clients. Roles will include development and maintenance of intranet/extranet software as well as messaging systems to multiple external integration points. Job responsibilities will include both server-side and client-side development. Construction of the solution requires familiarity with the application, database, network, security, infrastructure, and virtualization. We have internally grown frameworks as well as mainstream structures (AngularJS, JQuery, JMS, JSON, DWR, HTML4/5, etc.). Our client’s development architecture is fast-pace and keeps up with cutting-edge technologies. Other efforts will include development & maintenance of SQL scripts, automation scripts, build scripts, and small amount of client technical support. *Required skills:* 2-5+ years software development experience Must be a self-starter able to independently drive a project to completion. Must be proficient at finding optimal solutions to technical challenges throughout the entire SDLC.
