Ø Title : Technical Project Manager Ø Location : SFO , CA Ø Position type : Long term *Key Skills:* Banking Domain Security Operations. *Candidate Qualifications:* • 6+ years in banking & financial services in IT field rooted in security operations from a people and process perspective as well as in technology. Services can be provided from internal staff or external resources • 3+ years managing complex security operation and remediation projects and experience for medium to large bank or financial institution. • Demonstrated experience in creating project plans, scheduling project team & steering committee meetings , and delivery timelines • Project manager with PMP certification desired • Experience with vendor partners for the a diverse set of security services Primary Responsibilities: The financial institution has selected several third-party vendors to assist with the security operations, remediation, and process improvement. The Project Manager will work closely with the third-party providers to coordinate the financial institution’s directed tasks and deliverables. The Project Manager will be required to; • Coordinate and report on activities around internal planning and implementation for the security initiatives, in coordination with IT Leadership Team and third-party service providers • Responsible for managing internal project activities, and ensuring that deliverables are delivered on time, within budget and to the expectations of project sponsors and stakeholders • The creation and timely maintenance of detailed project schedule including tasks, resources and percentage completion • Utilize rigorous scope change control process to ensure on-time and on-budget project delivery • Prepare presentations and conduct meetings for a security committee, and manage weekly team meetings providing updates and status reports as requested • Coordinate with executive sponsors and business stakeholders responsible for the project and information technology to facilitate delivery • Prepare all project documentation including project charter & scope, progress reports, project budget, change control documentation, and other documents to comply with the financial institution’s requirements • Identify project risks and maintain risk log throughout project • Regularly review and analyze the project risk and develop and execute mitigation tasks as needed • Manage and coordinate participation of third party vendors within scope of the project • Day-to-day responsibilities for coordinating and managing the project Many Thanks, Harsha| m.har...@computerdataconcepts.com Disclaimer: This is not an unsolicited mail.
