Title: User Centered Designer Duration: 6 To 9 Months Location: Rockville, MD We are seeking an experienced User Centered Designer / Human Factors Engineer to work with clients and translate user needs into intuitive web and application interfaces. This User Center Designer will design improvements to software and systems based on best practices and user research findings. Knowledge of best practices, guidelines, standards is critical. Additionally, the User Centered Designer will work with the team on web sites, intranets and taxonomy projects. They must be able to work with clients to elicit and understand business and user requirements. Successful candidates will be exceptional at producing high-level documents articulating how a proposed architecture addresses strategic, business, user, and functional requirements; as well as content hierarchies, user interface requirements, Wireframe diagrams, and documentation. Key Responsibilities include: - Conducting heuristic reviews - Acting as lead UI analyst, and/or designer - Participating in usability testing and capturing specific target audience feedback and incorporating that feedback into site design - Capturing website requirements including brand message, marketing, customer experience, operational and usability requirements - Evaluating and documenting stakeholder needs & wants - Building Sitemaps, Wireframes, Prototypes and documentation that clearly articulate site/application structure and organization - Ensuring ease of navigation and simplicity of design - Communicating the site design/structure to the business and Engineering teams - Performing usability test planning, execution, reviews and results analysis - Reviewing and providing feedback throughout development lifecycle - Evaluating and incorporating statistical indicators and information captured through tools like WebTrends and related sources into the interactive design to continuously improve and evolve the end-user experience Thanks & Regards, Tapan Moore JIVA InfoTech Inc. 732-654-9068 x 225 Fax: 732-653-0291 Email:- tmo...@jivainfotech.com www.jivainfotech.com -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP BASIS" group.
