This may include prototyping potential solutions, or modifying existing work to meet new or changing needs through the use of development standards, processes, and tools available to the team. •Enabling ad-hoc/self-service BI solutions through various solutions •Build or modify appropriate documentation as defined by team standards. This will include assuring that the solution is supportable and the knowledge is transferred to the support team Development Testing and Quality •Understanding of using structured data, dimensional models or cubes and various forms of ETL for reporting •Build tables/views or data warehousing on Oracle or MS SQL Server environments •Develop database programming on Oracle or MS SQL Server •Ensure technical designs accurately represent the requirements and functional designs. •Ensure development and architecture standards are met.
