Professional - Uniforms Program Manager
Contribute to the success of the company by managing a large and/or complex
program and projects in accordance with established processes and procedures
•Provide program management support for both the current and custom uniform
programs, including coordination within divisions as well as across
divisions
•Supports selection and execution for uniform suppliers, including the
direction to source new uniforms, sourcing partners and distributors in a
timely manner to meet rapidly changing business requirements.
•Ensures garments and products meet safety and sourcing requirements as
well as perform for fit, function and quality.
•Reviews uniform policies and procedure to ensure selections meet brand
standards
•Partners with cross-divisional members to understand and support fit and
tailoring needs.
•Ensure we keep employees knowledgeable of uniform standards, garment
transitions and how to access uniform supplier.
•Works collaboratively and proactively with operational divisions to ensure
uniform selections are appealing and provide a sense of pride.
•Work with customers and business units to define the objectives, scope and
project deliverables.
•Monitor project schedule, cost and progress to ensure projects are
completed on time and fulfill the objectives.
•Communicate program and project status to participants and stakeholders in
writing as well as in formal presentations
•Manage programs and projects to design, develop, and implement new systems
as well as process improvements
•Identify and communicate any unresolved problems or possible timeline
issues along with recommended actions for correction
•Positive attitude and professionalism with a great attitude in high
pressure situations
•Embody the Spirit and conduct oneself with Professionalism, Integrity,
Resourcefulness and Caring
•Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS
•Strong business acumen, minimum four years’ experience managing and
supporting large-scale programs and complex projects.
•Experience in project management, including elements of scope, schedule,
budgeting, risk evaluation, quality, integration, and communications
required
•Experience working with customers to define tasks and integrate business
processes and technology into effective business solutions required
•Strong written communication skills
•Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
•Ability to establish cross-functional, collaborative relationships
•Ability to manage multiple objectives/tasks
•Ability to identify problems and independently develop alternatives for
resolution
•Experience in inventory management, planning and reportin
