*Duration: CTH* Cient’s Item MDM program is currently being implemented by project Team. Delivering Item Data Quality and demonstrating business value of this quality item data is one of the key focus areas for Mercury program in 2016. Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) has been chosen as the tool for data quality implementation. We are looking for an IDQ Developer to join our data team to bring hands on expertise and a passion for data quality. The role will be responsible for solutions around referential data and data quality monitoring and controlling within Mercury program. This position is for a hands-on IDQ developer resource. *Responsibilities:* - Understand the data quality rules defined by the business/functional teams and propose the optimization of these rules if applicable, then design and develop these rules with IDQ, including thorough unit test planning and performing. - Work closely with extended data team, testing team, POs and SCRUM Masters to facilitate the acceptance of user stories assigned to the team. - Deploy and configure the developed components at production environment with proper collaboration with other IT support teams. - Document the developed components and transfer the knowledge to the Application Production Support team for daily support, and act as the second level support for the components deployed in production. - Keep the source code in a central repository with proper versioning control. *Qualifications:* - Prefer Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology. - *Minimum 2 to 3 years hands-on experience with Informatica Data Quality toolset and proficiency in IDQ development around data profiling, cleansing, parsing, standardization, validation, matching and data quality exception monitoring and handling.* - Excellent knowledge on Informatica platform as a whole and the integration among different Informatica components and services. Experience in Referential data and metadata management is a good plus. - Good understanding of data governance principals. - Familiar with RDBMS like Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, understanding the data modeling and excel in PL-SQL. - Analysis and critical thinking abilities will be huge in order to under Kroger’s complex landscape and vast Item data repositories. - Understanding of Agile methodologies, SAFe methodology will be a plus. - Experience in retail or CPG industry is a plus.
