Job Description:

This is an outstanding opportunity for an analytical Workday consultant to
join a high performing, fast-paced team.



In this role the successful candidate will:

•      Assist with data cleanup, extraction and load and data validations
for Workday (as needed)

•      Provide Subject Matter Expertise on HR Technology, processes,
reports and integrations while identifying opportunities for automation and
process improvement.

•      Provide Subject Matter Expertise on Workday core compensation set up
and configuration

•      Liaise with internal departments and Third-Party service providers

•      Working closely with implementation partner and functional process
lead, support implementation of Workday Core Compensation

•      Works under general direction from immediate manager.



Job Duties:

Develops and conducts data integrity audits on PeopleSoft data for Workday
implementation. Assist with data cleanup, extraction and load and data
validations for the Workday implementation.  Coordinate mapping efforts.
Provides advice and support to HR, IT, Payroll and other functional areas
on Workday related questions and issues. Configure base compensation setup
and conduct testing.  .



Required skills and experience:

Top 3 skills:

1.    Knowledge of workday reporting concepts, including knowing the types
of reports that Workday can developer, and WD fundamentals

2.    Logical reporting skills, especially being able to understand HR
trends within the company. Analytical skills. (Less mechanical skills).

3.    Experience with BI tools, including strong Microsoft Excel skills



Other qualifications:

•         Typically requires a BA/BS degree

•         Requires strong analytical skills with a good understanding and
working knowledge of Human Resources operations.

•         Must be able to exercise judgment and independently determine and
take appropriate action within defined HR policies and procedures.

•         Workday functional configuration (Core HR and Base Compensation)
and data conversion experience a must.

•         Strong knowledge of HR administration and HRIS.

•         Strong knowledge of HR systems and Excel

•         Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are
required.



Disqualifiers:

-       Primary workday reporting experience is from an integrations
standpoint

-       Primarily an IT background or developer background
