Candidate must have all the skills required for this position. Title : C#.NET Web Developer position Duration: 3 Month Location: New Providence, NJ Advanced knowledge, extensive coding, and lead developer experience with web user interface, C# development, and Web 2.0 technologies (e.g., AJAX, Web Parts, RSS, BLOGs, etc.) are mandatory. Candidate should be at the senior-level and have documented experience working on high-volume, dynamic Internet applications. A creative mind, experience with design and implmentation of social networking functionality, search engine optimization (SEO), and Agile software development methodology will be major pluses. Specific qualifications include: * Must have hands-on coding experience in .Net (2.0), ASP.NET, Web forms, ADO.Net, User Controls, C#, OOPS, Themes and Master pages, HTTP Handlers * Should have used ADO.NET for Oracle / SQL Server database interactions using Data Adaptors, Data Reader and Dataset * Web 2.0, XML/XSL, JavaScript, CSS, DHTML * Excellent communications, leadership, and task-oriented orchestration skills * Knowledge of UI design and browser technology, in particular Javascript and the DOM * Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility (IE, Firefox, Safari) * Keeps abreast of new technology and understand how to implement it in order to enhance our website * Be able to create and articulate design/implementation options and tradeoffs to peers, other tech leads, and management. * Bachelor's degree in a related area and 5-10 years of experience Responsibilities include: * Designs, modifies, develops, writes and implements software programming applications/operating systems (20% of time) * Coordinates work of other C#.NET web developers, proposes and evaluates technical options, reports progress to management (80% of time) VALUABLE ADVICE!
