*No H1B & OPT'SFace To Face Interview Responsibilities:*Communicate effectively to key stakeholders, business owners, system users, and Business Analysts on a regular basis, ensuring the successful delivery of accurate documentation including process flows. Develop rapport and trust with business owners, key stakeholders, and Business Analysts in effort to gain a deeper understanding of business needs and translate them into project deliverables. Lead and facilitate process design workshops that involve eliciting process requirements. Analyze business and school process workflows with the objective of seeking improvements and/or automation. Work with Business Analysts to align operational processes with business requirements and software needs. Identify issues and risks through various techniques including current state, future state, and gap analysis. Serve as the subject matter expert of the processes they are responsible for and develop a strong knowledge of our business overall. Other duties assigned as needed *Requirements:* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience Minimum of 2 years’ experience in business or process analysis with emphasis on business process workflow documentation Prior experience facilitating workshops and focus groups Strong analytical skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to extensively analyze business processes and workflows Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts throughout the entire lifecycle of a project Excellent time management including the prioritization of tasks and controlling scope Ability to reconcile key stakeholder interests, conflicting priorities, and business strategy Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a responsive and detail-oriented fashion ------------------------------ Regards: Amer Ali - Sr.IT Recruiter ITBrainiac Inc.
