Please share quality profiles *Position : PM/DM - Software Engineeering with SAP* *Location: Dublin, OH* *Job Description:* *• Lead in the ownership and accountability of successful delivery of program through collaboration with the functional business and the EIT landscape. • Support design of a standardized end to end business process • Develop and document detailed solution design and Fit-Gap using SAP and other tools • Manage solution configuration for assigned process areas • Minimize software (SAP) customization and avoid code modifications • Coordinate support integration team with cross process design and development • Plan and manage solution testing for assigned process areas • Support data migration and cleansing • Lead sub-process IT teams for respective process area • Monitor quality of deliverables/key project risks for the assigned process area • Lead weekly team meeting and participate in weekly Team Leads and Integration meeting • Support business and IT readiness efforts • Accountable for on-time delivery with an acceptable level of cost and quality • Ability to quickly learn and understand the Pharma business processes • Must be able to manage financial and project budgets; as well as adhere to forecasts and schedules • Work with other IT areas on cross-departmental/inter-company projects and new application requirements • Develops and manage the staff technically and provides training, coaching and career development • Manage the development of RFPs, RFIs and SOWs and resulting contract change orders • Ability to quickly learn and understand the Pharma business processes • Understands and is able to clearly articulate the Pharma Segment business strategy* *• Bachelor's and Advanced degree in related field or equivalent work experience • 10+ years’ experience in related field • Previous experience in large scale transformations utilizing SAP desired • Prior supervisory experience • Demonstrated ability to set technology direction and oversee successful delivery and/or support of technology solutions • Ability to define work processes and lead team members in successful implementation • Ability to develop individuals and teams preferred • Excellent oral and written communication skills preferred • Demonstrated organizational change management and management skills preferred * Regards Rasheed 412 223 6899 rash...@hamsoltech.com www.hamsoltech.com Hamsol Technologies,PA,USA ERP Specialist US,UK,CANADA -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP BASIS" group.
