Brief Description of Job Duties: Responsible documenting process information during discovery workshops. Comfortable with interviewing process stakeholders to gather process and information details. Have previous experience with documenting the current state (As-Is) process and facilitating To-Be process design sessions. Be able identify, document and analyze business rules (logic). Be able to turn documented process details into requirements to be configured and tested in a Business Process Management System (BPMS). Identify and document process and data quality metrics. Facilitate stakeholder UAT and training sessions. Complete assigned tasks as needed for business process management related to the project. Team size - 10 List skills in order of importance.
