Product Manager with CRM Experience.



The candidates need to know what the difference is between a Project
Manager and a Product Manager, and be able to speak to a CRM product that
they rolled out.  With that rollout , they need to have been responsible
for eliciting the business requirements, strategy, plus working with
stakeholders, etc  (stuff in job description).

Project:  We are evaluating if we will continue with salesforce as our CRM
and rebuild it, or transition away to another CRM. Either option will be a
lot of work and take about a year.



We are seeking a Technical Product Manager to support a 12-14 month
Salesforce CRM project in Bala Cynwyd, PA.  Salesforce experience would be
wonderful, but will settle for CRM experience. A technical degree is a must
have.

*Senior Technical Product Manager: Business Systems*

As a member of Client's product management team, the *Senior Technical
Product Manager: Business Systems *will help define the strategy,
priorities and roadmap for our enterprise systems. This role will work
closely with Business Owners, Marketing, Operations, Development, QA, and
Training throughout the lifecycle of large scale systems: aligning
requirements with the delivery of strategic objectives, leading process
designs for differentiated service models, building roadmaps and supporting
development through QA and release.  This role will be primarily focused on
automating processes for our growing Home Health Care business.

*Responsibilities:*

·        Act as a liaison to development, QA, & stakeholders, aligning
requirements with the delivery of strategic objectives.

·        Automate Billing through Medicaid Portals

·        Lead a salesforce implementation for the Home Healthcare Business

·        Facilitate requirements gathering and design meetings to
understand and collect product, business, and technical needs.

·        Influence and educate business constituents regarding tools best
practices and key capabilities.

·        Resolve ambiguities and conflicting business and technical
requirements.

·        Proactively identify issues concerning technical limitations and
key product requirements.

·        Maintain and manage relationships with outside vendors and
consultants.

·        Identify and design new processes that may be required in support
of the project, using and adapting existing processes where possible.

·        Ensure new processes are transitioned to appropriate owners for
ongoing support.

·        Assist in the project management of new programs.

·        Ensure alignment of projects and requirements to strategic
objectives.

·        Ensure the appropriate reporting is in place for executive
management to make data driven decisions related to products, systems, and
processes.

*Job Requirements:*

·        Strong background in business systems analysis and product
management throughout the product development life cycle.

·        Ability to communicate verbally and in writing clearly and
succinctly, complex design and technical issues, as well as business and
product requirements.

·        Ability to understand and challenge technical proposals.

·        Ability to develop use cases.

·        Ability to create and understand data models

·        Strong presentation and documentation skills, proficient in
PowerPoint, Visio, Word and Excel.

·        Strong project management background with a focus on the product
development lifecycle.

·        Subject matter expertise in one or more of the following areas is
highly desirable:

o   Medicaid Billing

o   Data Modeling

o   Salesforce CRM
