The ACSES Pass Through Project entails coding business rules for determining financial allocations to clients. Part of the existing application, Pass Through is mainly a back-end processing engine to improve allocation determination. Bachelor's degree in computer science and at least 2 years or equivalent experience in the field are preferred. Experience with Java 8 preferred, Java 7 required as a minimum. Experience with Oracle 11 and Linux (RHEL) strongly preferred. Has knowledge of a variety of software development concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field (i.e., HTML, Java, etc.) Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
