*Title : Oracle HRMS functional Consultant Location : Rockville, Md. Duration : 1 Months Remote Project* HRMS Functional Requirements ---------------------------------------------- Summary of Duties: ------------------------- 1.Review requirements documentation for a new HRMS (USP to provide). 2.Interview select USP staff to obtain clarification on documentation, if required. 3.Perform a gap analysis to compare actual Oracle HRMS performance/capabilities with the potential new HR system as described in the requirements documentation. 4.Produce a written report in MS Word documenting findings and recommendations. The report should include a table of contents, executive summary and appropriate charts, graphs and screen shots to support analysis findings. ---------------------------------------------- Skills Required: ------------------------- 1.5-to-7 years of experience as a functional analyst working with the suite of Oracle Human Resource Management modules, including Human Resources; Self-service HR; Advanced Benefits; iRecruiting; Compensation Workbench; Time and Labor and Performance Management.
