The person hired for this position will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying J2EE applications in support of the brokerage line of business. Responsibilities Will Include: Creation of middleware integration applications (J2EE, JBOSS or Websphere, Messaging, LDAP, B2B, and Integration servers) Strong knowledge of web services, XML, XPath and XSLT, SOAP and WSDL based development Knowledge of Linux and/or Unix operating systems is required Knowledge of Oracle is required Other Considerations: Knowledge of modern application design principles and multi-tier applications is required. (MVC, tiles/struts, etc.) Experience with formal development processes and methodology's is required.
