*JAVA DEVELOPER with ODM/BPM* ****Must Have IBM ODM (Operational Decision Management)/BPM (Business Process Management) experience - -* - **** IBM BPM with an emphasis on ODM 8.7.x **** Technical development responsibilities in a graphical user interface environment with emphasis on object oriented development using the java development tool. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: analysis, coding, testing, programming, technical design, documentation, mentoring and expertise with new platforms and development environments. Job Requirements • Must have a clear understanding of ODM v 8.7 Advanced Frameworks and their offerings. • Participate with team of technical staff and business managers or practitioners in the business unit to determine/document systems requirements and functionality needed in large/complex development projects. • Assess and develop high level design requirements for projects and communicate in writing / meetings with development team. Assess detailed specifications against design requirements. • Review coding done to advance application upgrade, extension, or other development. Analyze application for data integrity issues. • Ability to mentor less experienced technical staff; may use high end development tools to assist or facilitate development process. • Ability to assist with troubleshooting and debugging of complex Systems: must be able to clearly identify root causes of production level architecture issues and make practical suggestions with proof-based technical reasoning • Ability to communicate and work closely with Business subject matter experts.
