*Duration: Long term* *Start date: Immediate* · *Role Objective* o Formulate and implement a tactical plan for migration of configuration and customization across multiple environments (for releases) and sub-environments (for development & test cycles) o Develop and oversee the operating procedures necessary for the success of the plan. o Serve as the primary Release Manager for deployment of standard Oracle objects o Orchestrate changes across releases in relevant product versions · *Role deliverables* o Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and documentation required for Oracle deployments o Review reports identifying system change management non-conformances and plans to mitigate short/mid-term risks o Resolution of problems and issues by collaborating with the various project work groups · *Role Requirements* o Conceptual appreciation of the complexities of multiple environments through development and test-cycles across flexible and inter-dependent release cycles o Ability to collaborate with multiple (implementation and business) teams o Experience in (a) working as a release manager and (b) risk management would be additional advantages -- *Thanks and Regards, Vinaya Kumar Sr. Resourcing Specialist Systel Inc.
