Looking for someone who has been a developer for 8-10 years and evolved into a team lead role. Done team lead/Architect experience for 3-5 years. This person will report to the Project Manager for this project and will be expected to handle the technical aspects/lead questions of this project. Experience working in Agile environments and with scrum masters is ideal. - 8-10 years experience leading technical project/teams - Solid communication skills with business owners and technical developers - Strong leadership skills, ability to lead by example - Ability to provide estimates for development tasks and manage to a project plan - Ability to take ownership of issues and drive through cross functional teams to completion. - Java development experience (Java 1.4 / 1.5) - Web service development experience using Axis2 - Java Messaging development experience - Enterprise Service Bus development experience (Desired). - Oracle BPEL/ESB experience (desired). - XML experience. - Oracle Database experience. - PL/SQL, Stored Procedure and Function development experience. - SalesForce.com development experience (desired). - Experience with Integrations development. - Experience writing design documents. - Self-starter, ability to take ownership of issues and follow through to completion. - Ability to work with business users to refine requirements. - Experience with complete software development lifecycle, requirements, design, development, testing, deployment. - Spring and Spring Batch development experience required. - Eclipse IDE experience. - Oracle Application Server 10.1.3.4 experience - UML/design patterns experience.
