Position: SFDC Business Analyst Location: Owing mills, MD Duration: 6+ Months *Responsibilities:* Strong aptitude for learning new technologies and leveraging business analysis skills Proven track record of gathering, writing and managing highly complex requirements for large application development projects Ability to work collaboratively, and act in a lead role as a subject matter expert and works within a team environment to meet aggressive goals and pre-defined measurement criteria Ability to evaluate, defined and prioritize activities/projects of self and others Ability to handle multiple, complex activities/projects concurrently Experience being a Business Analyst for complex project(s) *Basic Qualification:* 6-8 years of overall IT experience Must be SFDC Certified Detailed understanding of SFDC Service Cloud Configuration - Standard Salesforce configuration Create custom objects, fields, validation rules, Field level security Create workflows Create/manage profiles, permission sets, users, groups Create/manage Reports and Dashboards Excellent communication skills and ability to conduct business requirement clarification sessions with business SME’s.
