*Immediate Need PeopleSoft Functional Lead (HCM/HRMS) - Charlotte, NC - 6+ Months with extension Job Title : PeopleSoft Functional Lead (HCM/HRMS)Location : Charlotte, NCDuration : 6+ Months with extension TOP Skills REQUIRED:* Provide functional leadership and coordinate activities for the PeopleSoft Payroll module implementation Work closely with the client functional area SMEs to understand the current business processes and system configuration Partner with the client functional area SMEs to complete the project documentation and define the future business processes and system configuration Lead the client functional area SMEs through the project tasks Responsible for providing project plan updates for their functional area Provide knowledge transfer to the client functional area project participants Communicate PeopleSoft and payroll leading practices to the project team Identify and communicate/escalate risks across phases of the project Ensure the impact of individual process or system decisions is the best approach for the functional area Work closely across functional areas to communicate decisions and identify impacts across functional areas Technical PeopleSoft capability required (e.g. understand PS data structure, read and understand SQL language, work with technical team to work through conversion and interface activities providing Payroll technical expertise as needed)
