Facets Developer Location: Phoenix, AZ 6 month contract to hire Interview: Phone/skype EAD GC,GC or USC As part of our FACETS application development team, you will predominantly be involved in leading and mentoring a team of developers for delivering business solutions by creating new and modifying existing software applications. You'll stretch your skills and grow your career as a primary contributor in for the design, documenting and supporting all types of applications consistent with the established specifications and business requirements in order to deliver business value. This is a unique role on the development team where your get to understand the end to end process and contribute to building highly scalable and robust applications to meet our business needs. Primary Responsibilities: •Predict emerging customer needs and develop innovative solutions to meet them •Propose simple and effective solutions to meet the business need •Solve unique and complex problems with broad impact on the business •Participate and contribute to the development of good application design •Lead large, complex projects to achieve key business objectives •Isolate performance bottle necks and propose technical solutions to address them •Translate highly complex concepts in ways that can be understood by a variety of audiences •Influence senior leadership to adopt new ideas, products, and/or approaches •Be the development point of contact for end to end project delivery •Strong analytical and problem solving skills •Good team player with excellent communication skills Qualifications To be considered for this position, applicants need to meet the qualifications listed in this posting.
