Monitor all VOIP clusters and VM’s. Respond to any issues with servers, creating tickets with Cisco (TAC). Check VOIP server backups. Informacast Paging – Support all aspects of paging system in Kelly Leadership Center. Support colleagues with PRI & SIP circuits – issues and migration from PRI to SIP.
