What what our client needs this person to bring to their organization are the following skill sets / qualifications: o B.S. degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent demonstrated work equivalent. o 3+ years of experience in Salesforce.com Architecture, Design and Development. o Familiarity with Integrated Development Environments such as Eclipse. o Proficiency in SOAP or REST based web services, SQL, Apex, XML, JavaScript, HTML, CSS. o Strong Object Oriented Development Skills (.Net, Java) o Knowledge of data management, SQL and RDBMS technologies, SOA design principles. o Proven ability to integrate business processes across disparate systems. o Experience with design and development of integration solutions using third party integration tools including Informatica (ETL and Cloud). o Experience with the full cycle of software development on the web, particularly in an agile environment: design, coding, testing, release, maintenance o Demonstrated ability to effectively work in team environment with varying skill set levels. o Proven written and verbal communication skills. o Strong initiative and personal accountability o Salesforce.com Certified (DEV 401) Developer preferred.
