*NO H1B OR OPTFace To Face Interview Required Responsibilities:*Collaborates with leadership in the development and implementation of Network Operation Center monitoring tools, policies and procedures. Creates, manages and improves tools for network troubleshooting, outage detection and resolution, and the overall improvement of operational efficiencies. Provides ongoing oversight and development to all monitoring tools and software for services, network performance and network maintenance. Develops and implements appropriate timing, scheduling and specific procedures for evision/conversion of departmental tasks, functions and procedures that support the end-to-end process structure. Supports training and development, and the review of training materials for all network dispatch support functions as it relates to productivity and monitoring tools and software. Provides disaster recovery and business continuity guidelines, as well as ongoing support to operating centers. Ensures proper tracking and reporting of network related measurements and periodic summary data and reports as required. Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance. Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. *Job Specification:* Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Engineering, Computer Science with emphasis on programming/development Generally requires 5 - 8 years related experience CCNP, CCDP, CCENT, CCT, JNCIP are nice to have Experience deploying Enterprise level monitoring software, Spectrum a must. Development, Scripting experience, especially as it relates to Network Monitoring. SQL is a must.
