*Job Title: RM- Service Center Applications Consultant Role: * *Job Location: San Francisco, CA* *Job Duration: 10 + Months* *Description:* The Service Center Applications Consultant should have experience support call center applications such a call recording solutions and work force management reporting. Experience with NICE recording solution, Exony (eGain) Reporting, or NICE WFM IEX preferred. They will need to be familiar active directory, some basic SQL, and windows RDP. Experience with Cisco UCCE, VMWare, or windows administration experience would be a bonus. This role will require good organization skills, documentation skills, self-direction, and the ability to pick up new technologies quickly. Additionally, the role will require frequent work with 3rd party vendors to resolve application issues or implement change requests.
