We monitor and identify new technologies that improve efficiencies, reduce costs, improve performance, or add new capability. The team works closely with Application Development to monitor and performance tune services. We also work closely with the Service Desk to provide optimum end user experience. Team members all possess multiple skills and are be self-starters and self-managed. We follow a rigorous testing and change control process to minimize the possibility of errors and / or impact on production environment.
