*Kindly reply to **sara.wil...@itbtalent.com* Need GC or USC only Job Title: Business Analyst Location: Albany, NY Duration: 2 years Client will conduct Skype interviews and writing sample tests The Sr. Business Analysts consult with business owners regarding business needs and translating business needs into analytics/reporting requirements. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Conducting analysis of business and user needs in order to develop requirements documentation Creating business documentation that details the BI requirements and deliverables Interfacing with programmers and the client to ensure successful delivery of client reporting requirements Conducting analysis of business and user needs in order to develop requirements documentation Working in conjunction with the business users and development teams, responsible for the creation and execution of test scripts, scenarios, and test plans that validate initial business requirements. Mandatory Requirements: We are looking for 2 Sr. Business Analysts who have preferably worked in an Oracle environment. They must have at least 6 years overall BA experience. This experience must include the following: Preferably Oracle 10g/11g database business and systems analysis, design, testing and maintenance including requirements gathering (ie, JAD sessions, client interviews, focus groups) and development. end user documentation development (ie, business requirements documents, use cases, flow charts, report mock-ups, swim lane diagrams, prototypes, screen designs) quality assurance testing (including content and load testing) and development of user acceptance documents. Business Intelligence tools and data analytics background and an in depth understanding of how to design and create BI applications, and reporting solutions. project management tools, delegating assignments, and tracking project status and project management software such Microsoft Word, Excel and Access 2000, Project Manager, Visual FoxPro, and Visual Basic. Three (3) years demonstrated hands-on experience developing end user training materials: Bachelors degree in information science, computer science, mathematics, public/business administration Strong analytics and communications background (e.g., math, statistics, quantitative methods, and verbal and writing proficiency) Excellent verbal and written English communication skills Effective communication skills and the ability to interact well with colleagues Strong Business Intelligence tools and data analytics background and an in-depth understanding of how to design and create BI applications, and health care business intelligence reporting solutions is a huge plus.
