This web application will be both internal and external to the DOT. This person will be working with Project Leads from the Office of Design as well as other offices within the DOT. This person will need to coordinate with these stake holders to get an understanding of the processes involved. This person will also have to work with the Highway Support Team to ensure that the specifications are following DOT IT standards. This effort encompasses over 200 Design Tabs. Each Design tab has defined fields, datatypes, rules, requirements, calculations and other automated processes completed by the Project Leads. Each Design tab will work independently but be compiled into a Design Plan for a project number. *Skills* *Required* *Years Used* *Last Used* Demonstrated experience gathering requirements for an application development project *8 Years* Ability to parse/manipulate data using tools such as Excel, Access, SQL loader, etc. *5 Years* Ability to interpret customer requirements, lead/participate in data mapping sessions with customer, recommend solutions and document data mapping req *5 Years* Ability to map, migrate, test and analyze data for import *5 Years* Ability to interact with customer to verify business rules and/or clarify data analysis *5 Years* Analyze and document business processes and flows *5 Years* Experience working with an Agile methodology or some form of iterative development *5 Years* Documents, analyzes and proposes process changes or re-engineering approaches based on an understanding of technical problems and solutions *5 Years* Experience in process mapping, group facilitation, data gathering and analysis, and phases of project life cycle *5 Years* Experience working on a project with complex calculations *5 Years* Thank You, Warm Regards, Mani Technical Recruiter HCL Global Systems Inc.
