This could include Firewall (DMZ Solutions), IPS & IDS. This resource will also support the migration of Internet access to the new selected ISP’s. This person will need to be well versed in these technologies and will represent Internet and Security Domain on all countries negotiations and delivery. Resources are limited now, to completely focus on TEC negotiations as well as delivery items. *Flexibility: Remote working will be possible, but contractor should be available in the NY/NJ office for training or when required.* Emergency Cover / Overtime: This person may be required to do some off-hours work, whether it is change related or a meeting with our global counterparts that may not be in the US time zone. Technical Skills: Competent in routing, internet services, IPS/IDS, and Firewall design. • Definition and enforcement of network security policies • Definition and implementation of network ACL/firewall policy • Preparation and deployment of networks supporting security infrastructure • 7+ years’ experience managing network security infrastructure (Router ACLs, stateful firewalls, etc) • Experience with secure remote access/WAN technologies (IPSEC, VPN, etc) • Strong technical understanding of network fundamentals and common Internet protocols.
