Please reply me back with your most updated resume. *Position: Product Manager* *Location: San Jose, CA ( Need locals only on Bay Area)* *Duration: 6 months* *Role & Responsibilities * ● Understand Cisco’s software business models used by all Cisco products and solutions. ● Advocate on customers’ behalf within Cisco to prioritize and develop a roadmap for services development and ensure that their service needs are met. ● Manage the overall portfolio requirements and assure the services are meeting Cisco product support strategy and requirements. ● Analyze metrics to develop compelling business case and measure existing offers against business goals (bookings, margin, attach rate, service, customer satisfaction) ● Investigate market trends, develop competitive analysis, articulate and document on-line requirements, and service design. ● ● Partner heavily with cross functional teams to ensure that service offers are developed with the necessary contract management, commerce and entitlement capabilities to enforce business rules and policies. ● Maintain up-to-date marketing collaterals and technical details using available on-line publishing tools for all business aspects of assigned Software Support Service offers. ● Develop and conduct streamlined process to enable migration of existing offers to the new service offers, and to enable adoption of new offers for additional software products. ● Conduct Service Development Methodology (CSDM) to work with all necessary stakeholders to develop and launch new Software Support Service offers. · Defining coherent policy, governance, and process playbook for service offers. *Minimum Qualifications * ● BS/BA degree – MBA preferred but not required ● 5+ years of Product Management Experience, part of which should be in Services. ● Proven experience as a service product manager or product manager ● A solid understanding software industry trends and software support trends. ● A strong understanding of the Cisco Software Product and Services portfolios. ● Proven experience in multiple CPDM and CSDM cycle and product life cycles. ● Proven background in developing business analysis, and demonstrate financial acumen to support building business analysis. ● Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Jive, Roadmap publishing tool to support documentations and communications ● Strong organizational, investigative and problem solving skills with attention to details ● Works independently and receives limited supervision on routine tasks ● Demonstrated ability influence actions of team members outside of function ● Strong business and technical writing skills ● Excellent communications skills (written, oral and presentation) ● Well-developed teamwork, collaboration and project management skills *Thanks & Regards* *Anurag Srivastava | IDC Technologies Inc* 1851 McCarthy Boulevard, Suite 116, Milpitas, CA, USA, 95035.
