Provide rationale for design decisions Guide consistent use of software engineering methodology within the development community Participate in COMPANY internal QR review This resource will work under the leadership / direction of the lead architect assigned to the Business Intelligence * * * * *SKILLS/EXPERIENCE* Proven architectural experience for a Data Warehousing project (minimum 3 years) Proven experience in translating system architecture to specific design decisions Full knowledge of data warehouse design concepts and development best practices Proven experience with database technologies, data architecture, data analysis, and modeling Practical experience with common architectural patterns and principles for data warehousing and reporting projects Communication skills that earn trust, motivate, persuade, and mentor Proactive and goal-oriented with a focus on results Solid working knowledge of requirements management principles and techniques Practical experience with common modeling and development tools (e.g. ERWIN, Informatica, and Oracle) The candidates will be asked to describe past project work and be able to demonstrate their knowledge as part of the interview process.
