This person must be a self starter, able to develop without a detailed system specification document, able to solve routine programming problems, and must be able to effectively debug. This person will spend at least 80% of their time writing or maintaining application program logic. *Required Skills:* Must have four or more years of experience architecting and deploying Enterprise Content Management Solutions and must have four or more years of experience in the following technologies: JavaScript, SQL-Server 2000/2005/2008, .Net Framework 2.0/3.0/3.5, Visual Basic.Net and C#, Web Services, XML, AJAX, Object Oriented Programming (OOP), and Visual Studio 2003/2005/2008. *Added Plus:* Four or more years experience using any of the following Content Management Solutions: Kentico, Sharepoint, IBM WCM, Alfresco, Dot-Net Nuke, FatWire CS, Vignette *Preferred Skills: * Experience with Scrum or other agile development methodologies. Must be familiar with relational database concepts, and must have excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills. This position requires a bachelor's degree, technical certification or equivalent experience.
